Our office is open from 6 AM to 9 PM, Seven days a week including public holidays. Sometimes we get very busy so if no one answers please leave a message or send an email and we will get to it asap. Online orders can be placed 24/7, 365 days a year.
We deliver to all places inside NSW, ACT and a small part of Southeast Queensland. Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to ship outside these areas at this time but we are working on expanding.

Orders are dispatched via our trusted freight partners to ensure a reliable and efficient delivery service. It will either come with a forklift or Hiab truck to make unloading easy.
Delivery times can vary depending on the product and your location. Standard deliveries usually occur within 3-5 business days for major cities, sometimes its slightly longer but our customer service team will advise you.
Breakages are a regular occurrence in the industry. We recommend that you order around 5% extra to cover any breakages/incorrect measurements. These broken pieces are often chipped on the corners so these can be used for cuts, halves or sometimes small pieces needed in the corner to finish off a job. This will minimize wastage

Order modifications may be possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team with your order details as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your changes. Please note that changes may affect your delivery schedule and cost.
Yes, you can order additional tiles if needed. We recommend ordering 10% more than your project requires to account for cuts and breakage. If you find yourself short, simply get in touch with us to order more. Keep in mind that there could be slight variations between different batches.
Contact our customer service team right away if you receive a faulty item. Call within 48 hours with your order number and provide photos of the defect, if possible. Please inspect all items upon delivery to address any issues promptly. Once installed, we cannot make any changes. Rest assured, we will strive for a positive resolution.
We accept a variety of payment methods to make your transactions as convenient as possible. These include major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, (surcharge applies) as well as debit cards. We also accept payments through bank transfers.
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your online orders within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already processed your order for shipping, making cancellation more challenging. If you cancel your order within the stipulated time frame, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase and may take several days to reflect in your account. For orders that are cancelled outside the 24 hours and not yet shipped there will be a 20% admin fee charged.
Unfortunately not as we do have a strict policy regarding returns. At our store, we always strive to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases, so we ask that you please take the time to carefully consider your order before finalising it.
